Avec en premier lieu, un accompagnement au niveau financier. A partir du moment ou une entreprise est innovante ou fait de la recherche elle a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines aides de l\u2019Etat (Cr\u00e9dit Imp\u00f4t Recherche \/ Cr\u00e9dit Imp\u00f4t Innovation). Si le principe est simple, la notion de recherche et la d\u00e9limitation des co\u00fbts aff\u00e9rents \u00e0 la Recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019Innovation\u2026 sont des notions subjectives qu\u2019il est parfois d\u00e9licat de d\u00e9fendre. Notre r\u00f4le est de vous aider sur le montage de ces dossiers financiers ainsi que l\u2019aspect RH. Nous sommes 2 \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 plein temps, accompagn\u00e9s par 2 associ\u00e9s partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quels_partenaires_metiers_tont_aide_dans_ta_creation\"><\/span>Quels partenaires m\u00e9tiers t\u2019ont aid\u00e9 dans ta cr\u00e9ation ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la cr\u00e9ation des statuts, un expert comptable m\u2019a conseill\u00e9 de faire appel \u00e0 un avocat pour la r\u00e9daction. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en relation avec un gros cabinet, qui n\u2019a pas l\u2019habitude de collaborer avec des petites structures, qui m\u2019a fait un projet assez standard pour un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9. Avec le recul je trouve que le conseil n\u2019\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 et je pr\u00e9coniserai aux entrepreneurs de plut\u00f4t faire appel \u00e0 un cabinet de taille modeste qui sera plus motiv\u00e9 pour donner des conseils pertinents. Je grandis tranquillement, en minimisant le risque, mon apport de client se fait beaucoup avec le bouche \u00e0 oreille. J\u2019ai la chance d\u2019\u00eatre dans un business avec de la r\u00e9currence venant d&rsquo;une vraie relation de long terme avec mes clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Peux-tu_nous_dire_quelques_mots_sur_ton_parcours_dentrepreneur\"><\/span>Peux-tu nous dire quelques mots sur ton parcours d\u2019entrepreneur ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai exerc\u00e9 en tant que Consultant en Financement de l\u2019Innovation, dans un cabinet avec le statut de salari\u00e9. J\u2019ai progress\u00e9 en interne assez rapidement, puis le cabinet a ferm\u00e9. Avec un autre consultant, j\u2019ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 une partie de la client\u00e8le et je me suis associ\u00e9 \u00e0 50-50\u2026 une erreur de d\u00e9butant ! L\u2019histoire s\u2019est mal termin\u00e9e, j\u2019ai c\u00e9d\u00e9 mes parts et j\u2019ai mont\u00e9 mon cabinet tout seul, 2 ans plus tard, fin 2015. Cela co\u00efncide avec mon arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 WeForge, j\u2019\u00e9tais en cours de cr\u00e9ation lorsque j\u2019ai d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 au camp de base des entrepreneurs. <strong>Dans la vie d\u2019un entrepreneur, on commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement seul, et le premier recrutement est une grande aventure\u2026 on double l\u2019effectif ! (Rires, NDLR)<\/strong> C\u2019est un pari qu\u2019il faut gagner, en trouvant le bon profil et en l\u2019int\u00e9grant bien avec la culture de l\u2019entreprise. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matikom.fr\/weforge\/service\/office\/\">L\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019Amal Chtourou, il y a 3 ans, m\u2019a confirm\u00e9 dans ma d\u00e9cision d\u2019\u00eatre install\u00e9 \u00e0 WeForge<\/a>, je suis pass\u00e9 de l\u2019open space \u00e0 un bureau ferm\u00e9, en compl\u00e8te flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quest_ce_qui_tanime\"><\/span>Qu&rsquo;est ce qui t&rsquo;anime ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un premier temps, l\u2019aspect relationnel. Le r\u00e9seau de relations que l\u2019on cr\u00e9e avec les autres. <strong>Nous avons tous au d\u00e9part notre projet pro sur les comp\u00e9tences, ce qui donne une certaine satisfaction, mais au final c\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 des relations qui fait le bonheur au travail. Dans un second temps, ce que j\u2019aime dans mon m\u00e9tier, c\u2019est qu\u2019il faut tout le temps cogiter, faire des recherches, d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux domaines scientifiques\u2026 \u00e7a me stimule au quotidien.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Le_declic_pour_lancer_ton_activite\"><\/span>Le d\u00e9clic pour lancer ton activit\u00e9 ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet d\u2019entrepreneur a m\u00fbri tout doucement lorsque mon employeur a ferm\u00e9 la porte, Tout d\u2019abord, j&rsquo;envisageais de rejoindre un plus gros cabinet \u00e0 la fin de mon aventure salari\u00e9e, je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 cela. <strong>L\u2019Entreprenariat, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 j\u2019ai d\u00e9marr\u00e9 dans la vie active, \u00e9tait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux casse-cou !<\/strong> Si la d\u00e9cision n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vidente j\u2019en tire beaucoup de satisfaction et aucun regret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La convivialit\u00e9 ce n\u2019est pas futile, c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 de l\u2019entraide, et l\u2019impact positif sur le travail en d\u00e9coule naturellement.<\/p>\n<cite>Ivan Behaghel, fondateur de Novafin<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bosser_dans_un_espace_de_travail_partage_pourquoi\"><\/span>Bosser dans un espace de travail partag\u00e9, pourquoi ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En priorit\u00e9, je cherchais un bureau \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de mon domicile pour sortir de chez moi. <strong>Entreprendre est synonyme de solitude, le fait de pouvoir \u00e9changer \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 est primordial, pour lutter contre l\u2019isolement. Ensuite, veiller \u00e0 ne pas s\u2019isoler socialement, c\u2019est la gangr\u00e8ne de l\u2019entrepreneur pour moi. <strong>Trouver des clients rapidement : vendre rapidement, c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 du business. Il faut aller vite dans la d\u00e9finition de son produit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_petit_mot_sur_WeForge\"><\/span>Un petit mot sur sur le plan personnel que professionnel. <strong>La convivialit\u00e9 ce n\u2019est pas futile, c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 de l\u2019entraide, et l\u2019impact positif sur le travail en d\u00e9coule
