M\u00e9lina Chabert Desnots, juriste en droit social, et Komla Konudea, expert-comptable chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geo-conseils.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">G\u00e9o Conseils<\/a>, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les principales \u00e9volutions devant des entrepreneurs, dirigeants et freelances de la communaut\u00e9 de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.matikom.fr\/weforge\/coworking-angers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">espace de coworking \u00e0 Angers<\/a> de WeForge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabinet reconnu pour son expertise de terrain et son accompagnement de proximit\u00e9, G\u00e9o Conseils, fond\u00e9 en 1994 regroupe environ 70 collaborateurs sur le territoire de l\u2019Anjou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici les mesures \u00e0 conna\u00eetre pour piloter son entreprise en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quelles_evolutions_pour_les_salaires_et_les_plafonds_sociaux_en_2026\"><\/span>Quelles \u00e9volutions pour les salaires et les plafonds sociaux en 2026 ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, plusieurs indicateurs \u00e9voluent. Ils influencent la paie, les charges et certains avantages salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2026, le SMIC atteint&nbsp;<strong>12,02 \u20ac brut par heure<\/strong>, soit environ&nbsp;<strong>1 823 \u20ac brut mensuel pour un contrat de 35 heures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le plafond annuel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale atteint&nbsp;<strong>48 060 \u20ac<\/strong>. Ce plafond d\u00e9termine plusieurs cotisations. Il sert aussi de base pour certains calculs d\u2019exon\u00e9rations ou d\u2019avantages sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autre \u00e9volution utile pour les dirigeants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gratification minimale de stage :&nbsp;<strong>4,50 \u20ac par heure<\/strong>&nbsp;au-del\u00e0 de deux mois<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participation maximale exon\u00e9r\u00e9e pour les titres restaurant :&nbsp;<strong>7,32 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces ajustements impactent directement la gestion quotidienne de la paie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cL\u2019une des pistes int\u00e9ressantes pour remercier ses salari\u00e9s et limiter les cotisations sociales, c\u2019est l\u2019int\u00e9ressement\u201d M\u00e9lina Chabert Desnots<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Creation_dentreprise_lACRE_evolue_en_2026\"><\/span>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise : l\u2019ACRE \u00e9volue en 2026<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ACRE permet aux cr\u00e9ateurs ou repreneurs d\u2019entreprise de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une exon\u00e9ration partielle de cotisations sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2026, le dispositif change. L\u2019aide cible d\u00e9sormais certains profils :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>demandeurs d\u2019emploi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jeunes de 18 \u00e0 25 ans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du RSA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u00e9ateurs en zone rurale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personnes handicap\u00e9es de moins de 30 ans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Un changement majeur pour Komla : \u201cLa demande se fait sur le site de l\u2019URSSAF, tout en respectant les conditions\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019aide n\u2019est plus automatique lors de la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019entreprise. Les entrepreneurs doivent donc v\u00e9rifier leur \u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 avant le lancement de leur activit\u00e9. Pour de nombreux cr\u00e9ateurs, un accompagnement comptable ou juridique reste utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rupture_conventionnelle_une_contribution_plus_elevee\"><\/span>Rupture conventionnelle : une contribution plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La contribution patronale sur les indemnit\u00e9s de rupture conventionnelle passe \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>40%<\/strong>&nbsp;en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les partenaires sociaux discutent \u00e9galement d\u2019une&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019indemnisation ch\u00f4mage<\/strong>, avec une hypoth\u00e8se autour de 15 mois dans certains cas. Pour les dirigeants, ces mesures peuvent modifier l\u2019arbitrage entre rupture conventionnelle, licenciement ou n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Arrets_maladie_et_parentalite_de_nouveaux_ajustements\"><\/span>Arr\u00eats maladie et parentalit\u00e9 : de nouveaux ajustements<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La loi introduit aussi des \u00e9volutions sur la gestion des arr\u00eats maladie. \u00c0 partir de 2026 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la prescription initiale d\u2019un arr\u00eat sera limit\u00e9e \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>un mois<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une prolongation atteindra&nbsp;<strong>deux mois maximum<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9forme pr\u00e9voit aussi un&nbsp;<strong>nouveau cong\u00e9 li\u00e9 \u00e0 la naissance d\u2019un enfant<\/strong>, accessible aux salari\u00e9s et ind\u00e9pendants.
