Nous formulons des recommandations strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 la mesure des enjeux de nos clients, constituons une \u00e9quipe de sp\u00e9cialistes et coordonnons leurs projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e9on pr\u00f4ne la pluridisciplinarit\u00e9.\u00a0Comme j\u2019aime le penser : en associant les expertises m\u00e9tier on est plus percutant pour r\u00e9pondre aux justes besoins de nos clients.<br>Nous travaillons en direction marketing externalis\u00e9e pour <a href=\"https:\/\/codekraft.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Codekraft<\/a>, agence num\u00e9rique qui con\u00e7oit et d\u00e9veloppe des plateformes web, des applications mobiles et des outils m\u00e9tiers sur mesure. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alain-rousseau.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Alain Rousseau Immobilier<\/a>, pour lequel nous avons organis\u00e9 leur team building et con\u00e7u des ateliers de coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe, avec un axe sur le renforcement de la performance en entreprise. Par ailleurs, on travaille \u00e9galement avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matikom.fr\/weforge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">WeForge<\/a> sur le d\u00e9veloppement des offres. La flexibilit\u00e9 est une grande libert\u00e9, que l\u2019on met au service de nos clients, avec un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui gravite autour de nous. Puis, chez l\u2019annonceur en Anjou, notamment \u00e0 la FNAC et dans le groupe horticole et semencier Ernest Turc. En 2018, je m\u2019installe consultante en marketing et pose mon ordi \u00e0 Weforge, une belle communaut\u00e9 s\u2019offre \u00e0 moi, je m\u2019\u00e9toffe professionnellement et fais la rencontre d\u2019Arnaud Drazek, nous nous associons pour faire na\u00eetre N\u00c9ON&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quest-ce_qui_tanime\"><\/span>Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019anime ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce qui me fait vibrer&nbsp;:&nbsp;l\u2019inconnu de la vie d\u2019entrepreneur. <\/strong>Les rencontres, les mises en r\u00e9seau, la d\u00e9couverte de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers, les audacieux porteurs de projets, les id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives, les brief client et les projets &#8211; gagn\u00e9s et perdus &#8211; C\u2019est aussi un ascenseur \u00e9motionnel (clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 Fr\u00e9deric Adam, NDLR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pro toujours, j\u2019\u00e9toffe mon approche manag\u00e9riale gr\u00e2ce au r\u00e9seau Germe<\/strong> et le cycle de formation \u00c9mergence. J\u2019avais besoin de rencontrer des partenaires m\u00e9tiers, \u00e9toffer les opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles\u2026 et <strong>au-del\u00e0 du business, j\u2019avais besoin de rompre
